GDS historique Galileo (Travelport).

Définition

Galileo a été fondé en 1971 par United Airlines ; introduit pour les agences en 1987. Migré vers Travelport+ ; certains agents conservent l'écran caractère Galileo Desktop pour productivité. Encore utilisé via Galileo Web Services SOAP.

Origine

Acquéreur Covia, fusion avec Apollo 1993, intégration Travelport 2007.
