(2) CommonWell Record Locator Service RLS (returns list of EHRs where patient has records). (3) CommonWell Patient Linking (cross-EHR patient matching via demographics). (4) CommonWell Document Query + Retrieve (XCA-based, retrieves CCD/CCDA documents from source EHR). (5) CommonWell Direct Trust messaging (Direct secure messaging integration). (6) CommonWell-Carequality Connection (bidirectional bridge interoperability between two largest US interoperability frameworks, since 2016). Membership 2024 : ~30+ EHR vendor members + ~30000+ provider sites + 175M+ patients enrolled cumulatively. Notable members 2024 : Cerner (Oracle Cerner), Allscripts, Athenahealth, Greenway, Meditech, NextGen, eClinicalWorks. Epic NOT member CommonWell (Epic via Care Everywhere + Carequality), but Epic-CommonWell document exchange enabled via Carequality Connection bridge. CommonWell joined TEFCA program 2024 (Qualified Health Information Network QHIN designated).
