Segment HL7 v2.x, proches et parties associées du patient.
Définition
NK1 est répétable : un segment par personne ou organisation liée au patient. NK1-2 porte le nom (XPN), NK1-3 le lien de parenté (Relationship, table 0063), NK1-4 l'adresse et NK1-5 le téléphone. Il suit le PID dans les messages ADT.
