RTS 24 order record keeping trading venues.

Définition

RTS 24 (Commission Delegated Regulation 2017/580) impose la précision microseconde (1µs) pour les venues mettant en œuvre HFT (High Frequency Trading), millisecondes sinon. Fields incluent client identification, capacity (AOTC, DEAL, MTCH), liquidity provision flag, market making flag, trading algorithm. Compatible RTS 22 reporting.
