Définition

ISO/TC 34 comprend ~17 sous-comités : SC 5 (Milk products), SC 6 (Meat), SC 7 (Animal feeding), SC 8 (Tea), SC 17 (Food safety management systems), SC 18 (Cocoa), SC 19 (Cereal products). Standard principal ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS). ISO 22005:2007 traçabilité aligné avec GS1 standards. Secrétariat AFNOR/IRAM (FR/IT).

ISO/TC 34 cree 1947 ; un des plus anciens comites ISO ; SC 17 cree 2001 pour FSMS.

Exemple en contexte

Danone certifie ISO 22000:2018 ses 70 usines mondiales ; tracabilite ISO 22005 alignee aux GS1 SSCC et GTIN sur chaque palette.
