SIU^S12 — Notification of New Appointment Booking

Le message qui notifie la création d'un nouveau rendez-vous patient. Diffuse vers l'EHR, l'agenda médecin, le module de facturation et le portail patient.

Objet du message

SIU^S12 est diffusé quand un système de planification crée un nouveau rendez-vous patient. Il porte toutes les informations nécessaires aux systèmes consommateurs :

identifiant du rendez-vous (clé de référence stable pour les futurs SIU^S13, S14, S15…) ;
type de rendez-vous (consultation, examen, intervention) ;
plage horaire (début, fin, durée) ;
patient concerné (PID) ;
service ressource (AIS) ;
équipement (AIG) ;
lieu (AIL — salle, étage, bâtiment) ;
personne / praticien (AIP).

Le message est consommé par : l'EHR pour pré-charger le dossier patient à l'arrivée, le portail patient pour confirmer le RDV, le module de facturation pour pré-créer l'acte, le module SMS / e-mail de rappel, le tableau de bord du cabinet.

MSH-10 : identifiant unique du message.
MSH-12 : 2.5.1.

SCH — Scheduling Activity Information

Le segment central du SIU. Champs clés :

SCH-1 : Placer Appointment ID (identifiant du système qui crée le RDV).
SCH-2 : Filler Appointment ID (identifiant du système qui gère le RDV ; en cas d'inscription externe via Doctolib, ce n'est pas le même que SCH-1).
SCH-3 : Occurrence Number (pour les RDV récurrents).
SCH-6 : Schedule Reason (motif du RDV).
SCH-7 : Appointment Reason (CE) — type du rendez-vous selon la table établissement.
SCH-8 : Appointment Type (table 0276 : ROUTINE, WALKIN, CHECKUP, FOLLOWUP, EMERGENCY).
SCH-9 : Appointment Duration.
SCH-10 : Duration Units.
SCH-11 : Appointment Timing Quantity (TQ) — la plage horaire.
SCH-20 : Entered By Person (XCN).
SCH-25 : Filler Status Code (table 0278 : Booked, Pending, Cancelled, Complete, Noshow).

PID — PV1

Identité patient (PID, voir ADT^A01) et, pour les RDV outpatient programmés, la visite associée (PV1).

RGS — AIS / AIG / AIL / AIP

Le groupe Resources décrit toutes les ressources mobilisées par le RDV :

RGS — début du groupe ressources. RGS-1 = numéro de séquence, RGS-2 = code action (A = Add, M = Modify, D = Delete).
AIS (Appointment Information — Service) — service / acte demandé. AIS-3 = code CCAM / CPT.
AIG (Appointment Information — General Resource) — équipement matériel (ECG, écho, machine IRM…).
AIL (Appointment Information — Location Resource) — lieu (salle, étage, bâtiment, établissement).
AIP (Appointment Information — Personnel Resource) — personnel impliqué (médecin, infirmier).

Erreurs fréquentes

SCH-1 / SCH-2 incohérents — Placer et Filler appointment ID doivent identifier l'agenda d'origine et l'agenda exécutant. Inverser brise le rapprochement.
Plage horaire en TQ format ambigu — utiliser un format TQ complet ^^^DTSTART^DTEND. Une plage 20260520093000^20260520100000 seule sans préfixe est interprétée diversement.
Pas d'AIP — un RDV sans praticien renseigné rend impossible la planification médecin et le rappel.
AIL pour salle inexistante — l'identifiant de la salle dans AIL-3 doit matcher une location existante dans le SIH ; sinon l'IT exploitation reçoit l'alerte.
SCH-25 manquant — sans Filler Status Code, le récepteur ne sait pas si le RDV est Booked, Pending ou autre. Toujours mettre Booked pour S12.
RDV récurrent sans Occurrence Number — pour les rendez-vous périodiques (kiné 2x/semaine), SCH-3 doit incrémenter à chaque occurrence pour permettre l'annulation unitaire.
