RO-eFactura uses UBL 2.1 compliant with EN 16931. Submission via ANAF SPV (Spațiul Privat Virtual) API. XML response with eFactura ID, signed by ANAF. 5 days to submit after issuance. Penalties CHF 1000-10000 for delay.
