TIA
Legacy Peppol governance agreement, predecessor of the Service Provider Agreement.
Definition
The TIA was the framework agreement that defined the minimum requirements to be followed across the whole Peppol eDelivery Network by Peppol Authorities, Access Point providers and Service Metadata Publisher providers. Signing it was mandatory to operate. It was replaced by the Service Provider Agreement (SP side) and the Peppol Authority Agreement (PA side) when the new Peppol Interoperability Framework came into force.
Origin
Published by OpenPEPPOL AISBL; retired on 1 July 2022 in favour of the Peppol Interoperability Framework, which splits the TIA into the Service Provider Agreement and the Peppol Authority Agreement.
Example in context
Access Point documentation dated before 2022 still cites signing the TIA as a prerequisite; since then that reference points to the Service Provider Agreement.
