Definition
Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 restricts the EN 16931 semantic model (Core Invoice) and binds it to the OASIS UBL 2.1 syntax (Invoice and CreditNote). It adds Peppol-specific business rules and is exchanged over the Peppol network under the 4-corner model, making it the reference B2G billing format in many EU countries.
