Definition

NLCIUS (Nederlandse CIUS) restricts EN 16931 for the Dutch market — for instance requiring a buyer KvK or OIN reference. Its UBL realisation is SI-UBL 2.0 (Simplerinvoicing), validated by a dedicated Schematron rule set and carried over the Peppol network. The specification is maintained by the STPE foundation (Simplerinvoicing, TNO, NEN).
