Definition

MiCA requires CASP authorisation and passporting, transparency white papers, capital adequacy for stablecoin issuers, market abuse rules. ART/EMT stablecoins in force since 30 June 2024 ; CASPs since 30 December 2024. Quarterly XML reporting to ESMA.
