GS1 Foodservice publishes Implementation Guidelines for Orders (ORDERS / 850), Despatch Advice (DESADV / 856), Invoices (INVOIC / 810) between distributors (Sysco, US Foods, McLane) and restaurants. Aligns PIM via GDSN with Foodservice attributes (case pack, drained weight).

Program launched by GS1 US and GS1 in Europe ; global rollout since 2010.
