Definition

CCC requires AEOC. The operator submits its declaration to the Member State of Supervising Customs Office (SCO) ; goods may be physically presented in any other MS. Phase 2 of EU CCC IT system rollout planned 2025-2027 under the Customs Decisions System programme.
