CCAM is a French classification using 7-character codes + extension describing each medical procedure for billing to French health insurance. Maintained by ATIH with bi-annual updates. Example: DEQP003 = electrocardiogram on at least 12 leads.

First version 2005 (CCAM v0), v3 stabilised 2007. Maintained by ATIH (Agence Technique de l'Information sur l'Hospitalisation) under DGOS.
