Definition
In the BGM segment's C002 composite, DE 1001 (Document name code) carries 380 for a commercial invoice. Other values distinguish variants: 381 (credit note), 383 (debit note), 384 (corrected invoice) and 389 (self-billed invoice). Combined with DE 1004 (document number) it uniquely identifies the invoice header.
Origin
