Definition

A.TR (Article Turkey) covers industrial and processed agricultural products between EU and Turkey. Different from EUR.1 (preferential origin). Issued by chamber of commerce or exporting customs ; validity 4 months. Covers common external tariff.

Decision 1/95 EU-Turkey Association Council ; in force 1 January 1996.

Example in context

A Turkish exporter sends 1000 refrigerators to Germany with A.TR — no duty paid at Munich.
