Definition

iXBRL 1.1 (published 2013) uses ix:nonFraction, ix:nonNumeric, ix:header elements. A single file serves both human (formatted annual report) and machine (parser extraction). Adopted by ESEF (EU annual reports), HMRC UK, SEC US, JFSA Japan.
