Element 456 (Hierarchical Structure Code) is unique to the BSN segment of 856 (ASN). Codes: 0001 = Shipment, Order, Pack, Item; 0002 = Shipment, Order, Item; 0004 = Shipment, Order, Pack. Determines how HL parents/children nest.
