UTILTS v2 refers to the latest versions of the EDIFACT UTILTS (Utilities Time Series) message defined by UN/CEFACT D.10B onwards (D.16A + D.20B widely deployed), transporting time series data (electricity + gas + balancing) between energy market actors (TSOs + BRPs + Balance Responsible Parties + Schedule Agents) for balancing markets + scheduling + nominations flows real-time grid operations, complement MSCONS (which carries metering data vs UTILTS carries scheduling data).
