EU project 2014-2019 EU / US patient summary bridge.

Definition

Trillium Bridge delivered the first interoperable version of EU Patient Summary <-> US CCDA Continuity of Care Document with LOINC, SNOMED CT, ATC vs RxNorm mapping. Trillium-II extended to FHIR R3/R4. The project fed CEN EN 17269 and the HL7+CEN+ISO+IHE+SNOMED International IPS Joint Initiative.
