STYLUS-STUDIO
Stylus Studio. See official source.
Definition
Stylus Studio — XML/EDI integrated development environment published by Progress Software, popular for graphical XSLT mapping and EDIFACT/X12 ↔ XML.
Origin
Initially published by eXcelon Corporation, taken over by Sonic and then Progress Software. Stylus Studio remains one of the few commercial IDEs to offer a visual XSLT debugger integrated with EDI mapping.
Use
EDI mapping teams use Stylus Studio to graphically design XSLT transformations between EDIFACT/X12 and UBL/CII, then generate the XSLT 3.0 code executed by Saxon in production.
