Stripe Connect offers three modes: Standard (autonomous account), Express (light onboarding, Stripe-managed), Custom (full UI on the platform). Includes split payments, holds, refunds, hosted KYC/AML. Used by Lyft, Shopify, Doordash.

Connect launched 2012 ; Express + Custom revamp in 2018.
