REX progressively replaces EUR.1 / Form A certificates. The registered exporter declares on invoice (statement on origin) with their REX number. Covers GSP, EU-Caribbean EPA, EU-Vietnam EPA, CETA EU-Canada. Validated by TAXUD via REX-DB.

EU Regulation 2015/2447 ; operational 1 January 2017 ; extended country-by-country through 2020.
