REX progressively replaces EUR.1 / Form A certificates. The registered exporter declares on invoice (statement on origin) with their REX number. Covers GSP, EU-Caribbean EPA, EU-Vietnam EPA, CETA EU-Canada. Validated by TAXUD via REX-DB.
