Definition

KSeF uses FA(2) format (structured XML). Unique KSeF number per invoice. REST API and Web Service. Authentication: Profil Zaufany (eID), X.509 Token. Voluntary test phase 2022-2025. Official schedule: 1 February 2026 (B2B large enterprises mandate), 1 April 2026 (SMEs).

Origin

Adopted by law 18 November 2021 ; voluntary phase since January 2022 ; mandatory postponed from July 2024 to February 2026.
