Definition

CustomizationID is the specification identifier: it tells the receiver which set of business rules to apply. For PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 its value is urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:3.0, meaning "compliant with EN 16931, restricted by the PEPPOL CIUS". It is mandatory (BT-24) and drives Schematron validation.

Origin

Element defined by OASIS UBL 2.1, bound to EN 16931 business term BT-24 (CEN/TC 434). The PEPPOL value is fixed by OpenPEPPOL in the BIS Billing 3.0 specification.
