OTIF in retail: Walmart enforces 98% OTIF with MABD (Must Arrive By Date) ; penalties 3% of PO value. Target: 90% OTIF. Measurement: OTD × IF where OTD = on-time deliveries / total deliveries and IF = full deliveries / total. Reporting via Retail Link, Target POL portals.
