NERP
OFTP2 negative response, delivery failure.
Definition
The NERP is the negative counterpart of the EERP: it is created either by an intermediate node unable to relay the file any further, or by the final node unable to process it. It carries a reason code and its creator's identification so the sender can react. Like the EERP, it must be signed (CMS) if the sender had requested a signed acknowledgement via SFIDSIGN.
