FIPS 203 ML-KEM: Module-Lattice-based Key-Encapsulation Mechanism (formerly CRYSTALS-Kyber), parameter sets ML-KEM-512 (Level 1), ML-KEM-768 (Level 3, recommended), ML-KEM-1024 (Level 5). FIPS 204 ML-DSA: Module-Lattice Digital Signature Algorithm (formerly CRYSTALS-Dilithium), parameter sets ML-DSA-44 (Level 2), ML-DSA-65 (Level 3), ML-DSA-87 (Level 5). FIPS 205 SLH-DSA: Stateless Hash-based Digital Signature Algorithm (SPHINCS+), 12 parameter set variants. NIST Round 4: Falcon under parallel standardisation FIPS 206 expected 2025.
