The Statistical Plan defines ~80 record types: Policy Records (Unit Statistical Reports), Claim Records, Detail Loss Records. Historical fixed-length format, migration to ECF (Electronic Claim File) in XML. NCCI covers ~30 states out of 38 workers comp states. Detail at Class Code level (e.g. 8810 Clerical), individual experience of each employer.
