SWIFT MT Category 5 message, securities settlement.

Definition

MT541 is the instruction by which an account owner asks its custodian to receive a quantity of securities in exchange for a payment (Receive Against Payment). Carrying the security's ISIN, a quantity, a settlement date (SETT) and a place of settlement (PSET), it is one of the four core Category 5 settlement instructions, mirroring MT543 (Deliver Against Payment).
