JIIMA (Japan Image and Information Management Association) certifies electronic archiving and scanning systems conformant to the Japanese 電子帳簿保存法 (Electronic Books Preservation Act, EBPA), in force since 1998 and revised 2022. Three families of certifications: Image Scan System, Electronic Books System, Electronic Invoice System.
Origin
JIIMA scheme established in the 1990s and officially recognised by NTA (National Tax Agency).
