ISA-95 main parts: Part 1 (Models and Terminology), Part 2 (Object Model Attributes), Part 3 (Activity Models of MOM), Part 4 (Object Models and Attributes for MOM), Part 5 (Business-to-Manufacturing Transactions), Part 6 (Messaging Service Model). IEC 62264 equivalent. Objects: Personnel, Equipment, Material, Process Segments, Operations Schedule, Operations Performance. Standard MOM activities: Production, Inventory, Quality, Maintenance. Synergy with MESA Manufacturing Operations Reference Model (MORM).
