IFC extension for infra and linear.

Definition

IFC 4.3 adds IfcRoad, IfcRailway, IfcBridge, IfcPort, IfcTunnel and associated elements (IfcRail, IfcSleeper, IfcAlignment). Linear modelling via IfcAlignment based on ISO 10303-1101. Progressive open-source release. Adoption by Autoroutes France, SNCF Réseau, HS2 UK, Stadlerrail.
