PNRGOV includes ~50 required PNR data elements: booking date, payment info, itinerary, frequent flyer, contact, baggage. Transmitted at 72h, 24h, and flight closure. Mandated by US APIS Pre-Departure since 2010, EU PNR Directive 2016/681.
