IAIABC standard for reporting WC claims to states.

Definition

IAIABC R3 uses FROI (First Report of Injury) and SROI (Subsequent Report of Injury) transactions. Fixed-width format with ~250 data elements. Implemented by all US WC bureaus and broadly by TPAs (Sedgwick, Gallagher Bassett).

Published by IAIABC in 2002, Release 3 successor to Releases 1 and 2.
