IAIABC Release 3 (2010) supersedes Releases 1 and 2. Covers FROI (First Report of Injury), SROI (Subsequent Report of Injury), MTC (Maintenance Type Codes). Implemented by ~30 jurisdictions (Texas, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania). Medical Bill Reporting via Implementation Guide V2.0. Successor Release 4 under evaluation 2025.
