Definition

HTNG Folio v2.0 specifications: FolioRetrieval, FolioPost, FolioTransfer, FolioSettle, GroupMasterSetup, RouteInstructions. POS vendor integration: Micros Opera (Oracle), Simphony, Aloha. Enables auto-routing of room service charges to guest folio with real-time balance check. Successor: HTNG IoT WG integrates IoT devices (IoT minibar, in-room dining tablets) with direct folio posting.

Example in context

A guest orders spa, restaurant and minibar at Marriott Paris ; all charges are auto-routed via HTNG Folio v2.0 to their main folio for single bill at check-out.
