ITIP

GS1 key for individual pieces of an item delivered in several packages.

Definition

ITIP extends a GTIN with a piece number and a total piece count, letting each part of a trade item shipped in several pieces be identified (e.g. a piece of furniture in three packages). It is carried by AI (8006).
