Platform operated by AADE (Independent Authority for Public Revenue). JSON or XML format transmitted via REST API. Workflow: sender transmits in real time, AADE returns a unique MARK (Mark of Recipient/sender). Data accepted: invoices, withholdings, other tax documents.

Regulated by decision A.1138/2020. 2020-2021 rollout phases. Fully mandatory end of 2021.
