gbXML version 7.03 (2023) covers Building, Zone, Space, Surface, Opening, Material, Layer, Construction, Schedule. Originally developed by GreenBuildingXML Inc. (1999), maintained by gbXML Open Schema. Different from IFC: focused on simplified thermal (faces only). Export Revit, ArchiCAD.
