Addressing and routing registry of the France 2026 reform.

Definition

The central directory lists, for each VAT-liable entity identified by its SIREN or SIRET, the platform (PDP) on which it receives invoices. Platforms query it automatically to route each invoice to the correct recipient under the Y model. It is built and operated by the AIFE on the Chorus Pro foundation.

Origin

Provided for by the French reform texts (Article 26 of the 2023 Finance Act and Ordinance No. 2021-1190) and described in the DGFiP/AIFE external B2B specifications for electronic invoicing.

Example in context

A sending PDP queries the directory with the customer's SIREN; the response gives the target receiving PDP, e.g. <Plateforme>PDP-0042</Plateforme> for SIRET 73282932000074.
