Use

A French bank is identified by <FinInstnId><BICFI>BNPAFRPP</BICFI><Nm>BNP PARIBAS</Nm><PstlAdr><Ctry>FR</Ctry></PstlAdr></FinInstnId>. If the bank has no BIC (rare), <ClrSysMmbId> can carry a national sort code.
