FACTUR-X MINIMUM

Lightest profile of the Factur-X / ZUGFeRD hybrid invoice.

Definition

MINIMUM is one of the five Factur-X profiles (MINIMUM, BASIC WL, BASIC, EN 16931, EXTENDED). It provides only the identification data and total amounts needed for a bookkeeping entry, with no line-item detail. In France, MINIMUM is tolerated at the start of the reform but intended to be phased out in favor of BASIC or EN 16931.

Origin

Defined in the Factur-X 1.0 / ZUGFeRD 2 specification (FNFE-MPE and Forum elektronische Rechnung Deutschland), based on the UN/CEFACT Cross Industry Invoice (CII) syntax.
