eForms (Commission Implementing Regulation 2019/1780, applicable 25 Oct 2023) replaces TED Standard Forms. Structured XML format aligned with OCDS via OCDS for the EU OCDS extension. All EU contracting authorities must publish to TED (Tenders Electronic Daily). 700,000+ notices published per year.

Usage

Mandatory for all TED notices since 25 Oct 2023. Soft transition from Standard Forms 2015.
