ICS2 Release 1 (postal and express air) in March 2021. Release 2 (all air) in March 2023. Release 3 (sea, road, rail) in March 2024 then wave 4 phase 2 (June 2025) and phase 3 (Dec 2025). ENS submitted via Common UI or EDI to the central TAXUD hub in Antwerp (handling 1 billion ENS/year).
