Definition
BT-24 "Specification identifier" is a business term with cardinality 1..1 that carries the URN naming the rule set (semantics, cardinalities, business rules) the invoice complies with. It distinguishes a pure EN 16931 invoice from a CIUS such as PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0.

Defined in EN 16931-1:2017 (CEN/TC 434), the semantic data model of the core electronic invoice. Bound in syntax by CEN/TS 16931-3-2 (UBL) to the cbc:CustomizationID field.
