DGE — Direction Générale des Entreprises, French Treasury administration that coordinates industrial policy, including B2B e-invoicing and the PDP ecosystem.
Origin
Created in 2014 by merging several directorates of the Ministry of the Economy. The DGE pilots, with DGFiP, France's mandatory B2B e-invoicing programme.
Use
The DGE publishes the technical specifications of PDPs (Plateformes de Dématérialisation Partenaires) and oversees alignment with PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 and Factur-X.
