Definition
4451 is the first element (M, position 010) of the FTX segment. It qualifies the free-text block that follows: AAI = General information, ABN = Delivery information, PUR = Purchasing conditions, REG = Regulatory information, etc. Its value, drawn from UNCL 4451, lets a partner route or ignore the text according to its subject.
