CUSRES
UN/EDIFACT customs message, the reply leg of the declaration dialogue.
Definition
CUSRES carries Customs' functional reply to a previously transmitted CUSDEC, CUSCAR or CUSEXP. It conveys the response type (acknowledgement, acceptance, rejection, amendment request) via the BGM and DTM segments, references the original declaration with RFF, and can return error details, an assigned customs reference number or a release/clearance status.
Origin
Standardised by UN/CEFACT (TBG4 Customs) and published in the UNTDID UN/EDIFACT message-type directories (e.g. D.24A); see the UNECE Customs Response message specification.
