CUF

Unique identifier of the Bolivian electronic invoice, under the SIAT system.

Definition

The CUF (Código Único de Facturación) is the unique identifier generated for each electronic invoice in Bolivia. It encodes the issuer NIT, the issue date and time, the branch (sucursal), modality, emission and document type, the invoice number and the control code (CUFD), all converted to base 16. It is issued and controlled within SIAT (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica) of the SIN.

Defined by Bolivia's Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SIN) in the «Especificación Técnica del Sistema de Facturación» of SIAT, established by Resolución Normativa de Directorio (RND) 102100000011.
